IPOB declares retired IG, Arase an International fugitive

(Nigeria) Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, have alerted Biafrans to be on the look out for retired Nigeria’s immediate past Inspector General of Police, IG, Mr. Solomon Arase, who the group said will need to be taken to the International Criminal Court, ICC, in the Hague over his role in the massacre of armless South East and South South people during the May 30, Biafran Day Memorial Raly.

IPOB in a statement, said “Biafrans all over the world including those residing in Nigeria must keep a 24-hr searchlight on the movements of the retired Nigeria’s Inspector General of Police, IG, Mr . Solomon Arase.
“This man presided over the extra-judicial killing of over one thousand Biafrans between July 2015 and May 30, 2016. Biafrans must ensure that his whereabouts are monitored and logged-in with the office of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, headquartered in Vitoria-Spain.
“It is very important to keep a record of his movements so that when the International Criminal Court, ICC, finally issues the long-awaited international warrant order for his arrest, it will be easy to locate, apprehend, handcuff, and fly him to the Hague for prosecution.
“If anyone happens to see SolomonArase fleeing the country, please alert IPOB officials, +34 945565994; +1 4242240434.”
