Court to deliver judgment Jan 9, over alleged Certificate Forgery against Obaseki

             Governor of Edo State, Mr Godwin Obaseki    (Nigeria) Justice Ahmed Mohammed, of the Federal High Court, sitting in Abuja, on January 7,   2021, fixed January 9, 2021, to deliver judgment on the certificate forgery case of Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo State,   filed against him, by the All Progressives Congress, APC,s   member, Mr. Williams Edobor.                                                                                                                                Justice Mohammed adjourned till January 9, 2021, for judgment after all the parties had adopted their final briefs of argument.                                                                                                                   While adopting his final written address, Obaseki, through his lawyer, Ken Mozia, SAN, urged the court to dismiss the suit, on grounds that the Plaintiffs, failed to prove their allegation that he submitted forged credentials to the Independent National Electoral
