We believe the government will accomplish it before  December 31, considering the confidence of the Minister of Information (Lia Mohammed) and Mr President (Buhari)."
It will be recalled that Boko Haram Islamic extremists struck also in Maiduguri, Borno State, for the first time in months Monday with rocket-propelled grenades and multiple suicide bombers, witnesses said.
