Amber Rose chose a cover for her book, How To Be A Bad Bitch, that’s about as off the chain as you would expect. It was shot by renowned photographer David LaChapelle, which ups the ratchet ante, too.

The 31-year-old is pictured covered in gold body paint with a teeny tiny strip of gold bikini top and a strategically placed leg protecting her modesty, reports Dailymail.
Amber's cover photo was shot by photographer David Chapelle and has her posing as a kind of classic hunter goddess from Greek or Roman mythology.
She's posed pointing a gold bow and arrow skyward on seaside rocks next to a nude man felled by her arrows.
Her arm tattoos are clearly visible through the body paint and along with her new closely cropped platinum blonde hair, she has a gold neck collar and gold hooped earrings.

Amber's book deal was announced earlier this year and on April 3, she explained to her fans that 'Being a Bad B**ch is not being a "B**ch" at all.'
In an Instagram post alongside a first version of a possible cover for the book, the mom-of-one wrote: 'I'm taking back that word and using it to empower instead of using it as a negative connotation.'
'A Bad b**ch is sweet, confident, well rounded has her finances straight, knows what she wants and goes for it. Everyone that meets her loves her.'
She said the book will talk about the mistakes she has made in her life so other women can learn from them, and she promised to share 'all the secrets about Love, Sex, Social Media and how to get everything u want out of life.'
Describing herself as 'just a regular girl from Philly with a cool haircut,' she said she used her wits and personality to get where she is today.

The model isn't averse to using her body, either, to get where she wants to go and serves up a regular social media feed of her in skimpy clothes and provocative poses.
On Thursday, the busty star showed some major cleavage while sporting a neon pink bikini and captioned the photo: ‘Sweet Cherry Pie.’
Amber, who has a two-year-old son with ex-husband Wiz Khalifa, also showed off her newly bleached eyebrows – an apparent attempt to match them with her cropped peroxide blonde hair do.
On Friday, she posed wearing a waist trainer and expressed her delight that she's already shrunk her waist by two inches.
She told her followers she wants to lose another two inches. 
Another image, posted Wednesday, showed her in a mint green and black top, her arms folded across her chest.

NBC has no powers to impose fine on broadcast stations --Court

(Nigeria) The National Broadcasting Commission, NBC, has been restrained by a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, from imposing fines on broadcast stations in the country. Trial judge in the matter, Justice James Omotosho also set aside the N500,000 fines imposed on March 1, 2019, on each of 45 broadcast stations. The court made the orders in its judgment a suit by the Incorporated Trustees of Media Rights Agenda, MRA, which had sued the NBC. Justice Omotosho held that the NBC, not being a court of law, had no power to impose sanctions as punishment on broadcast stations. The court further held that the Nigeria Broadcasting Code, which gives the commission the power to impose sanction, is in conflict with Section 6 of the Constitution that vested judicial power in the court of law. He said the court would not sit idle and watch a body imposing fine arbitrarily without recourse to the law.
