Libyan army promise to retake Tripoli
The army said that citizens should avoid places like
militant camps, headquarters, ammunition depots and places where
"terrorist force Libya Dawn stationed."
"All these places will be targeted by the army's air
forces. And the Libyan army is not responsible for any damage to individuals
close to these places, or any damage to public or private properties used by
the terrorist group," the army said in a statement.
Earlier on Saturday, the national army declared that the
operation to retake Tripoli
from Libya Dawn had begun.
The national army, along with some pro-secular militia,
recently has mounted several battles aiming to regain control of the lost
cities and towns. During the last two weeks, fierce clashes in Benghazi have killed at least 356 people.
