EU adds 8 individuals, 3 corporations to its Russian blacklist

The European Union has banned new investment projects in Crimea and Sevastopol in the spheres of transport, infrastructure, telecommunications, power industry as well as in oil and gas production and extraction of mineral resources.
The sanctions against them will take effect after publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
