You're hypocrites, MASSOB tells Arewa youths over letter to UN

(Nigeria) Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign state of Biafra, MASSOB, has described Arewa Youths as hypocrites for allegedly writing to the United Nations, asking the world body to declare the Independent People of Biafra, IPOB, a terrorist group, insisting that the IPOB has never involved violence in its struggle.
MASSOB rather urged the world body to initiate a peaceful referendum to settle the Biafa issue.
MASSOB in a statement by its leader, Mazi Uchenna Madu said it “Welcomed the supportive voice of Arewa people through their well tutored and backed youths on writing to the United Nation for quick conduction of a referendum that will determine the peaceful exit of Biafra from Nigeria.
“But In as much as MASSOB commend the Arewa people for this upright support, we condemned their hypocritical and bias mind on which ethnic nationalities that made up Biafra.
“Arewa people has no moral or natural right in demarcating the land of Biafra, they have no such right in telling us who are Biafrans or not. The people of eastern region are all Biafrans irrespective of their ethnic nationalities.
“As we are not interested in dividing or demarcating the people of Hausa, Fulani, Nupe, Gwari, Biron and other ethnic nationalities in the Northeast, Northwest and North Central which comprises Arewa land, we warned them to stop their divide and rule antics in Biafra land as such no longer work.
“Their pathological opposition against the people of South-South in being part of Biafra is because of jealousy and envy against Ndigbo. We wish to remind these northern parasites that the people of eastern region which is Biafra are pursuing their common course with togetherness. Arewa people can no longer divide and rule us again.
“MASSOB also condemned the assertion of Alhaji Yerima Sani, the arrowhead of Arewa Youths coalition, that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB are violent or introducing violence in the struggle for the actualization and restoration of Biafra.
“No pro-Biafra group is violent or planning to introduce violence in the Biafra struggle, all the noise from Alhaji Yerima Sani about violence in the Biafra struggle is just to blackmail the genuine pro-Biafra groups which his saboteur friend in BIM is not among.
“MASSOB also advised the Arewa people not to relent in executing their threats to Biafrans living in Arewa land immediately after their October 1st deadline.
“We advise you to destroy and demolish every buildings and all investment of the people of Biafra still living in Arewa land after October 1, 2017."
