Speaking on what the state will benefit from the partnership, Etta, who accompanied Governor Ben Ayade to the Memorandum of Understanding, MoU, signing ceremony in Ottawa, Canada, said that the governor intends to raise the standard of education in the state to a level that it would attract students from across the country.
